DT Project for Creative Expressions - Love in Colour

Good Morning Friends

The Design Team at Creative Expressions are currently working with a really lovely stamp set suitable not only for Valentine's Day but great for lots of other occasions too due to the popularity of heart images:  these, entitled Hearts Entwined, are really lovely designs with a nice selection of heart images to choose from as well as sentiments and fine ornate labels.

Umount Heart Entwined A5 Stamp Set

The background was distressed with a mix of Worn Lipstick  and Rusty Hinge and then edged with Black Soot

I cut one of the second largest of Spellbinders Grand Labels One and embossed it with Couture Creations Intrinsic embossing folder and swiped it lightly with Broken China.  I cut a faux nestie in black card to sit behind the embossed layer.

I stamped the large heart images using Perfect Clear Medium and Cosmic Shimmer Bright Gold embossing powder.  I cut the hearts using Spellbinders Classic Scalloped Hearts.  I decorated them with pearls and used some dimensional paint and stickles for the centres of the hearts.

I stamped the sentiment with Black Archival, cut a label, inked the edges and added pearls.  I added some bakers twine to the bottom of the card and crochet ribbon from my stash.

I called this 'Love in Colour' - come back again tomorrow to see 'Love in Black and White'.  Take care and have a lovely day.
