JustRite Merry Christmas Card

Good Evening Blog Friends.  The card this evening features some fabulous Christmas stamps by JustRite called Noel Christmas Ornaments.

I cut and pierced the edges of a piece of pearlescent cardstock around 8x8 inches.  I added two more smaller layers of cardstock, one in burgundy and one in white pearlescent.  The smallest layer was used to cut the largest size of Spellbinders Heirloom Ornaments 2010, using the negative.  I used a piece of cardstock behind the negative.  I covered it with double sided adhesive paper (available from http://www.creative-expressions.uk.com/) and added strips of gold and burgundy narrow ribbon.  Here is a closeup:

I cut another large ornament in burgundy cardstock and added some ribbon and bakers twine.  Then I stamped the large ornament in the stamp set onto white pearlescent card.  I layered it onto the burgundy ornament and added some gold pearls (sorry, one of the pearls has slipped out of place here!).  The stamped image has been offset to show the ribbons within the negative piece.  I stamped one of the small ornaments and cut it with the matching die from Spellbinders Heirloom Ornaments 2012.  I added bakers twine to the ornament and hung it on the edge of the card.  I made two ribbon roses and a felt, rolled white rose and added them to a piece of burgundy ribbon at the bottom of the card. I also added a piece of bakers twine and some narrow gold ribbon on top of the burgundy ribbon.  Here is a close up of the flowers:

Hope you like it, I hope to post some more Christmas cards this week.  Bye for now and have a nice, relaxing Sunday evening.
