Good Morning
Here is another make using that beautiful stamps set If the Crown Fits. I also used Sam Poole's steampunk bird from her Steampunk Christmas stamp set. I took a small piece of chipboard, covered it in old dictionary paper and added a light coat of gesso. I inked the edges with Vintage Photo and Broken China. I stamped one of the crowns on to the chipboard and embossed it with gold embossing powder. I stamped and cut out the steampunk bird and cut the bird's top hat off, added a small gold strip to its head and placed it just below the stamped crown. The background paper was inked with distress inks, Broken China and Spiced Marmadade and sprayed with Mica Pigment, stamped and embossed with the keys from the stamp set and crumpled up. I added a few flowers and a crumpled bow from some peach seam binding and mounted them all onto one of Spellbinders Grand Labels: Grand Labels 11.
